1. Use of Our Website

2. Our Services

We offer design, branding, web development, social media management, and related creative services.

Quotes are:

Valid for 14 days
Based on the information you provide
Subject to change if project scope changes

Work begins once:

A deposit is paid (if required), and
The project brief is confirmed

3. Payments & Billing

A 50% deposit may be required before work begins
The remaining amount is due upon completion or before final delivery
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
Late payments may delay project delivery

You will receive final files after full payment is received.

4. Revisions & Project Changes

Each project includes a set number of revisions (as specified in your quote).
Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur an extra fee, quoted upfront.

Delays caused by late approvals or feedback may affect timelines.

5. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project efficiently, you agree to:

Provide accurate information
Supply content (text, images, logos) on time
Review and approve work within agreed timelines

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or late content.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs remain our property until full payment is received
Once paid, you receive rights to use the final approved files
We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Losses due to website downtime, hacks, hosting issues, or third-party plugins
Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

8. Third-Party Services

If your project uses third-party tools (hosting, analytics, fonts, plugins, printing, etc.), you are subject to their terms and limitations.

We cannot guarantee third-party performance.

9. Cancellations

If you cancel a project after work has started:

The deposit is non-refundable
Additional completed work must be paid for

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
